Company Profile and Qualifications Statement
Coates Roofing company, Inc. was established in 1974 by
Harry E. Coates, Sr. The company is currently owned and
operated by Brian Coates, President: and Bruce Coates,
Vice-President. Since 1974, Coates Roofing has successfully
completed projects in 42 states, ranging in size from 5,000 to
500,000 square feet.
In the past five years, Coates Roofing has successfully
completed more than 400 retail/wholesale stores, along with a
number of other projects, including schools, government
buildings, casinos, supermarkets, manufacturing facilities,
processing plants, medical facilities, and office complexes, to
name a few. Our average completion time on projects of
100,000 square feet is three weeks.
Coates Roofing is experienced in installing built-up, modified
bitumen, standing seam, EPDM (ballasted, fully adhered and
mechanically fastened), and PVC (hot asphalt applied and head
weld) roofing systems. We are currently approved applicators
of Bitec, Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, GenFlex, J.P. Stevens, Johns
Manville, Tamko, and W. P. Hickman.
Coates Roofing ensures you of a professional application from
start to finish. We currently maintain our own sheet metal
shop, over-the road transports, Skytrak forklifts, and the latest
in conveyors and roofing equipment, not to mention
well-trained, on-site crews and foreman. We comply with all
OSHA and HAZCOM guidelines and weekly jobsite safety
meetings are mandatory.
